Hello! My name is Neo and I’m a Japanese American Concept Artist and Character Designer based in the USA. As a kid, I’ve always loved fantastical worlds brimming with new things to discover about that world, whether it be the land of ninja or a sea filled with pirates, that curiousity is what drove me to who I am today. An artist whose found a purpose: to inspire others to not only create but to be creative.
